I am a nurse as a professional working as a nurse educator. Nurses are the backbone of the health care delivery system. As a nurse educator, I want to improve the standard of the nurse in health care and provide high-quality care to the client. This will impact effective health care delivery in the health industry. The nurses are the primary caregivers for the client. It is very important to improve the standard of care provided by nurses. There is a need to improve or update the knowledge of the nurses base on evidence-based practice, new technology, new skills. The more updated the knowledge and skills, the more increase in the standard of nurse and high-quality care to the patient.

The main issue face in the health care is the increase in the cost and increase workload to the health worker. With an increase in technology and new practices, there is an increase in the cost of health care. This leads to not able to afford access to adequate health care by the people and form health care inequity. An increase in workload to the health worker is one of the major issues. This is because of a lack of staff and increases patient admission. An increase in workload increases the risk of getting stress to the worker and medical error while providing care to the patient.

The short term goal is to complete post-graduation on hospital management with at least 80% and the long term goal is to achieve a high position in the hospital administration and organize the hospital to get the desired goal of the hospital. The steps that can take to get the desired goal are to work hard, study hard, and increase the proper knowledge to get an adequate job, consult experts, or seniors who have experience on it.

The five departments where I could potentially work are

- emergency department- this department deal with the emergency condition or situation of the client.

- pediatric department- This department provides care and treat only to the pediatric patient

- Oncology department- This department provides care and treatment only the patient who is suffering from cancer

- Obstetric and gynecologic department- This department provides care to the prenatal, postnatal, and during labor. Also, provide care to gynecology related disease condition client.

- Neurology department- This department provides care treatment for the patient who is having neurological problems.

The 5 jobs that I can apply after the completion of the degree are clinic administrator, nurse manager, public health, and human health care administrator, health information manager, health care program director.

Interviewing question:

Sometimes it is difficult to complete our work on time. It does not mean that the person is neglect doing the work. The person may not able to complete on time because of less time. The person trying to complete the work by doing overtime is dedicated to working. But he or she should learn the time management for any task. Next time proper planning should be done to complete the task on time.

Last time i have failed in getting the expected marks in the exam. This affects a lot in my daily activities. It makes me feel sick emotionally. But it gives me more courage to work hard more to get more than I expected.
