Proactivity or proactive is the behaviour in which doing the act in more creative form than done in a normal way. Public health leader who had a greater responsibility in acting efficently and with more responsibility. So proactive new insights had greater impact on the role of public health leadre.

Public health leader who is responsible for leading the healthcare team and maintaining adequate health as well as implementation of proper care to the public. So it is more creative in action. The leader should able to identify the problems in the community as well as in the healthcare team and also they need to solve that problems. For this they need more skills and knowledge about the community and self insight is needed. So proactive insight about self power, about team members and about the community is important to solve the problems and lead the healthcare system in the public more effectively.

So proactivity new insight had an impact of the role of public health leader in a positive manner.
