As nurses we sometimes face a lot of issue that may contradict with our morals and ethics.

Nurses are known to be altruistic and possess a non maleficient type of attitude which places a very important role in our nursing profession.

One such issue is the introduction of euthanasia which can be considered as an invasion or violation of morals and ethics for some while free will for others.

Morals defer from people to people and some decisions may lead to dilemma, one such issue is that of euthanasia . Also called as mercy killing or an act to relieve some one from there prolonged and incapacitate Endurance of pain.

This step leads to a great set of confusion in decision making. While nurses pledge non maleficence, accepting euthanasia may seem contraindicated.
