First of all, I love administration jobs. That is the reason I choose healthcare administration as my dream job . Currently, I have a degree in healthcare administration . Therefore, my responsibilities are limited to an entry level administration job. So five years from now, I would like to be a specialist in healthcare quality.

To become a quality specialist, I need to obtain certain certfications and clinical experience. As a part of achieving this goal, I have started pursuing  Master's in healthcare administration. After the successful completion of the Master degree, I have a plan to apply for a managerial position where I can utilize my skills and expertise . Also, this opportunity will give me a chance to learn more about delivering high quality healthcare to the clients.

In addition to this, I will start the CPHQ certification course for more career advancement opportunities. Once  I complete this certification, I can defenitely become a quality specialist with in depth knowledge in healthcare quality systems and policies. As helathcare sector is changing day by day, the need of improving quality is high. So, it will be a great credential in my career path.
