Nurse is a integrated part of the comprehensive standard part of care education and health promotion education. traditionally the focus of health promotion education by the nurse has been on disease prevention and changing the behavioral of individuals with respect to their health . The nurse play a important role in following steps - assessing the need for health education.than identify the target population.than formation a gole and objectives.planning for health education.intervantion and outcomes evaluation.the nursing intervation in health education is defined as" developing and providing interaction and learning experiences to facilitate voluntary adaptation of behavior conductive to health of individual , families , group, or community. 2 . Role of nurse in community activities- nurse are active in two main system activities first hospital based nursing activities another is community based activities.many country such as united States of America , Canada, Australia,and some European countries established the community based nursing activities to expand the range and quality of health throughout the community and to realize the justice in the health care system .
