I influenced by a great leader which she is nurse in charge. She is perfect and good leader, and characterized by many characteristics.

1.she is a inspirational character. She can give good guidelines and morivayions to nurse and well as patients.

2.she have clear goals and ideas. She does her duty with perfect goals such as, what result shulolud get from patients.

3she have abundant knowledege in nursing care and education

4.she will communicate clearly and by maintaining all manners with everyone.

5.she will focusin on team interests and needs for doing all activities.

6.she is able for recognizing everyone's ability and disability.

?her leadership will affect everyone positively. Because she has a good perfect character, and she can influence others easily with this character. So other junior nurse can achieve good qualification by working under in her. Patients will get a good care.
