The human resource department is performing the most challenging work in making certain workplace decisions by excluding emotions. The department needs to make effective workplace decisions with a fully professional approach, as work productivity cannot be compromised at any stage. The department cannot take decisions based on the employee's emotional side as their work responsibility comes first. The entire work driven structure is depending on the hiring process and work delivery structure based on the candidate’s category.
Sometimes it happens in the workplace that an employee with having
relevant qualifications and experiences in the course of work
unable to meet expectations of the client. The human resource
department handles such concern when the team leaders report it.
The concerned HR department takes action and puts layoff notice to
the employee. The employee tries to convince the HR heads and the
team leader to reconsider as such a process may lead to become the
employee unemployed. It is the responsibility of the human resource
department to retain quality employees to heighten the
organization's growth. Such a decision-making process in the

executive has to cut emotions while undertaking decisions. The
recruitment section is an important sector as any unsatisfactory
work cases may lead to affect the organization's work architecture.
The tasks of the human resource department are extremely
challenging, as they cannot tolerate less producing outcomes in the
workplace. The decision stands final to fire the employee when
found less workaholic or unable to deliver quality work. In
conducting such a process, they need to exclude emotions that come
from the side of any particular employee. Since the workplace needs
