Older individuals in America still remain as a powerful factor in determining the policies of the country as they amount more. They have achieved most of their demands because they hold a powerful weapon, ‘vote’ in their hands that would change the fate of most of the politicians and change the power of the political parties. So, every election, politicians and political parties pay special attention to not only to the needs of the elderly alone but also to the policies demands that would hold on to the traditional values of the country.
