Transaction Processing System:Transaction Processing System (TPS) is a computer program that divides an activity into sub-activities and helps in the transaction between the preceding and succeding activities.
2. Business Process: It is process of collection of structured activity that result in a specified product/service for the purpose of sale. It can be presented in the form of flowchart, Network diagram. The main role of business process is that it gives clarity of who should do and what is to be done. It reflects the hierachial structure of the organisation.

Business facing process: It is the process which is inclined towards the structure / process involved in the business.
The most important out of the said two for an organization is Business facing followed by Customer facing process. The Reason is, the business can be successful only if it is run in a structured way.
