Sugar is good for your body as it is the main source of energy for your body. It is the main component of your diet. It is used by brain to function. If sugar levels decrease below normal then brain can die and if sugar levels increase above normal it can hamper the working of other organs of the body.

Dietary fiber provide bulk to the stool.

They prevent constipation.

They help in proper defecation.

Dietary fibers are present in whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Salads are a good source of dietary fibers.

My uncle is suffering from diabetes type II. He has lost both of his kidneys due to high blood sugar. As sugar degrades the organs of the body slowly slowly. This leads to destruction of many organs of the body.

Alcohol is just a beverage in our family. It is consumed not more than once a year. It is not an essential part of my family. Alcohol which is above a person's capacity is harmful for that person's health.
