Answer - My personal opinion about care of hiv aiids patients such as followings -

- always be gentle when handling the patients and keep positive attitude.

- provide proper rest, because rest improves body function, health.

- Administer antiretroviral medication as prescribed by health care providers.

- Give them light good nutritious diet (fruits, eggs, good protein diet etc).

- encourage them for daily light exercise which keep them active.

-educate them if any disease like fever, infection etc immediately consult with physician.

-Always proper follow up, guidance and couselling regularly.

-provide psychological support to patient, clear their doubts, ask them questions and evaluate that how much they know about disease, treatments.

-stop smoking, alcohol all bad habits.

- Avoid unnecessary medicines, Only take medicines which prescribed by health care providers.

-monitor weight regularly, weight increase or loss, if weight loss occur take necessary action.

-keep love, affection towards hiv aiids patients, touching gently, it Increase their self Steem, motivation, positive hope for Their life.
