Palliative care: it is an approach that improves the quality of life of patients and their families faccing problems associated with life threatening illness, through the prevention and relief of suffering by means of early identification and impeccable assessment and treatment of pain and other problems, physical, psychosicial and spiritual. 2.1) Lifestyle:the two needs of palliative clients in relation to the lifestyle is that to minimize symptoms and maximize quality, of life and functional status, 2.2) Social: palliative care also addresses the social needs of patients and families including the numerous pratical concerns patients face with serious illness, so that it focus on providing support to patient and families is an essential aspect of palliative care. 2.3)Emotional: in addition to physical symptoms, people who are at a palliative stage often experience emotional symptoms such as anxiety, loneliness etc so they need to listen to their concerns regardless of how we perceive the situation, acknowledge their emotions. 2.4) Spiritual:spiritual care is more important to people when they are in palliative state because by this it make peace , and persons understanding of their place in the world, the meaning of life and illness and their relationship with others.
