What are your thoughts about the emerging accountable care organizations? In what ways do you think they will affect the current health care delivery system?

1) Accountable care organization is a group of doctora, hospitals and other health careproviders, who can together voluntarily to give coordinated high quality care for the medicare and Medicaid patients, this Aco should focus on fewer visits and more complete care and also give the patient quality treatment in fewer visits and also give the best quality treatment for chronically ill patient and avoiding unnecessary duplication of services and preventing medical errors and the accountability care organization will not waste money, time, medical care and there will be alwaya a good quality and genuine treatment to patient . 2) The affect of accountable care organization on the current health care delivery system: the growth of health care spending has climbed to the top of the domestic policy both medicare and Medicaid has more spending growth so pressure on federal and state , so to control this more spending the accountable care organization came into picture which is the extension of the staff model healtg maintainces organization, by these Acos contract , incentives are providers are agreed upon organization level so that physicians and hoapital bear the financial risks and rewards of the Aco contract together, the performances is only counted by whole organization performances so that patient care collectively and coordinate care more effectively and the Aco takes on accountability for both spending and quality, by this Acos show slow spending and improve quality, and the landscapes of payment and organization in health care will likely continue to migrate towards the ACO concept then the physicians and hospitals and present health care delivery system will be pressurized to adapt the accountable care organization system and the current health care delivery syatem which is so fast growth will have to adapt to the accountable health care slow spending and good quality care and saving on medical care, it will be difficult task for the current health delivery system but they have to adapt to the Accountable care organization.
