Guidelines:1.

The theme of the presentation is Health Issue (the topic must be approved by your lecturer and there should not be an overlap of topics within the class – first come, first serve basis)

2. The infographic:

a. must contain:

 2-3 Causes

 2-3 Effects

 2 possible suggestions/recommendations/solutions

b. has to be creative, visually attractive and contains appropriate information

c. should be created in an A4 size, and in ONE (1) page only

3. The presentation of each group MUST be accompanied with a visual aid (the infographic). T

The duration of the presentation is 6-9 minutes (each group member is to allocate the presentation time accordingly).

Heart disease is a collection of diseases and other various condition that affects the heart. Heart disease is a leading cause of death around the world.Many heart disease can be prevented or treated with healthy life style . There are various types of heart disease.1) coronary artery disease 2) congenital heart defect, this affect those born with heart problem. 3) Arrhythmia: heart beat becomes irregular . 4) dilated cardiomyopathy: heart muscles becomes dilated ,making heart muscles stretch and becomes thinner. CAUSES OF HEART DISEASE: some cause of heart disease includes : 1) when the blood vessels leading to and from the heart becomes faulty. 2) When the heart lacks enough oxygen and nutrients. 3) if there is damage in any part of the heart. EFFECTS OF HEART DISEASE: 1) shortness of breath 2) chest pain,chest discomfort, chest pressure. 3) When the blood vessels of the legs or arm becomes narrowed ,the person feels pain ,weakness in these areas. 4) neckpain, back pain, upper abdomen pain. SOLUTION / RECOMMENDATION: 1) Embark on the intake of healthy diet : limit the intake of saturated food fruit and vegetables should be included in diet, 2) Exercise regularly: people who do not exercise have higher chances of having heart disease. 3) Avoid smoking ,4) Control diabetes: The person should go and do a test and get treatment if the person has diabetes because those with diabetes are more likely to have heart diesese.
