Randy Pausch was an american professor of computer science.As pausch walked in to give his speech at Carnegie Mellon University, he was greeted with standng awaition.He also claimed that these series of lectures used to be called last lectures,and how it turned out to be true.He was suffering from terminally ill cancer.He made a speech on his childhood dreams and how he accompplished or made an effort to accomplish them.Firstly being child of zero gravity ,where in he was inspired by Appollo 11.Playing in the national football league,Disney imagineer,author of world book encyclopedia and so on.he recollects he was a happy child.

He recollects a scenario where he posed as a web journalist to enter NASA as faculty were not allowed.Pausch was not a football player at the national leauge but recollected his experiences with pop warner football and how he influenced his life.The next was publishing an article by name vritual reality in world book encyclopedia.He wanted to be like captain kirk from star trek but he realized he could not be like him.he was happy he was one of the winners who wins stuffed animals.

He felt that he wanted to enable others to achieve their dreams. he motivated his students and helped them. he created a group of 50 students and seperated them into four groups, assigning them to a project on building a virtual world.He lectured students on childhood dreams and who were his motivating factors for him to realize this dream.he was recognized by the university for his contributions to the world.
