Professionalism is one of the important qualities / features of a professional about his skills and competence that he has to maintain when doing his duties and responsibilities that comes under his profession.
There are many factors which act as an obstruction in professionalism some of the important ones are :-
- personal problems
- rumours
- improper communication between the colleges
- biasing
- absence of coordination
For me ,improper communication between colleagues and no coordination will be the most difficult to overcome because it directly affects the work . The outcome of the hard work done will be zero because some of the main or important points in the pathway of your work might have been missed ,and have drastic impact on the results and ultimately your impression will be affected.
There might be many reasons behind this lack of communication and coordination like intentionally ( revenge, fight , jealousy etc ) unintentionally ( carelessness, forgot) but all these should be kept aside when you are working in an organisation where you are not only working to earn money but also to satisfy your self that you did something which will help in the growth of your society , community and country.
While you are working as one of the team members in an organisation maintaining dignity and professionalism are very important as it does not only affect the work but also has an impact on the mental and physical health status of the employee.
In an organisation every team member should co-ordinate and communicate with each and everyone without any difference based on the post. They should work as a team not as a individual staff , should help each other and work effectively and efficiently for better outcomes.
