Medical Ethics are important components in keeping the health and safety of both the care provider and care receiver. It is evident that patients have basically learnt to determine benefits and burdens they are going to face in a health care facility. To safeguard the health of the individuals there is need for some policies which bind the health care provider to do his duties in a more secure way. The use of rules and regulations which allow patients a border / boundaries of their desires / needs and his care giver their elements under which they may act upon. There are few medically legalised policies which can be pronounced as federal laws which abide to the court of justice. The important elements of ethics are autonomy, beneficence, Non-maleficence, confidentiality and justice. Autonomy means the decision-making process must be free of coercion by the patient himself or relatives or guardians, except for elative procedures and practices. Justice means uphold the spirit of existing laws and is fair to all. Beneficence means the steps to be followed with the intent of doing good to the patient. Non-maleficence means steps taken not harm the patient involved or others who are under the care. Confidentiality being a virtue of the profession its highly important that no one shall discuss a weak patient and make sure the dignity is maintained. Harm can be of many forms like harm of ignorance / negligence. Any harm to the above things shall lead to break in the health care of individual. It is important to solve the burned and barriers within out health care sector. The moral code of ethics also makes sure that the patient receives absolutely important and fair treatment. There shall be no discrimination based on gender, caste, creed, ethical and psychological.
