Nursing intervention:

Primary prevention:
It is a continuum with intervention prevention before it occur..in this case primary prevention immediate after earthquake who had pain and wound in their hands and legs and their body..as a primary prevention caring them provide wound care by dressing, and immobilize the area by providing splint to prevent fracture..Shift them to a safe and calm area where they can have take rest after their first aid treatment..

The first phase focuses on triaging patients who need life and limb saving care..
The second phase involves caring for patients who were able to survive the first days without medical care..plastic and general surgeons can aid in the management of major wounds and try limb salvage..
The third phase represents the response to a humanitarian response..here all medical specialists and personal can help managing health for the people..
