1)Role of each member of the team,  

Individuals of epidemiology: They will try to identify the origin of outbreak. Find out mode of transmission and prevent further outbreak. They will find out common factors that constitute the disease spread by conducting surveys, clinical studies and interviews with patients.

Rapid response team /outbreak response and emergency operations unit : This team will help to prevent and manage covid 19 spread by conducting training programs, activation of teams, staffing, readiness, plannig, pre deployment, monitoring and evaluation of conditions. Provide strict guidelines to prevent spread of diseases.

2)Steps to investigate and containing outbreak:a) Steps to investigate outbreak include a) find out cause of outbreak, whether it is zoonotic origin( from animals) or from insects cause maybe climate change b) type of population affecting the disease old age or younger age.    c) effective methods to stop the fast transmission of disease hygiene, hand wash, social distance d) find out mode of transmission of disease it may be airborne, droplet, touch ,through water etc e) conduct surveys ,questionnaire, health education and interviews with affected populations to prevent further outbreak . f) effective planning and implementation of the steps to find out outbreak of the disease.

Question number 4) Listeriosis is infection caused by organism namely listeria symptoms resembling meningitis and influenza. Main source of infection is food and food products. Prevention of listeriosis by good hygiene and hand wash while preparing food. Thoroughly clean fruits and vegetables, avoid unpasteurized milk and raw egg, eat thoroughly cooked foods including meat and fish, store packaged meat products in refrigerator, check expiry dates of food products, maintenance of hygienic environment for cooking . These are main steps to prevent listeriosis.
