The individual, as well as public health in a particular society, get better prevention than cure at a low cost-effective system of vaccination. In spite of accomplishment in preventing disease, the vaccine does not completely protect (100%) of the recipients forever.

Successful clinical trial and postmarketing surveillance required before receiving any vaccine for immunization schedule.
