Trust is very important in motivating employees to work collaboratively in order to meet the goal. It is very important for the managers to build trust vertically and horizontally. People like to stay and work in an environment where they can trust the colleagues and trust the leader. Success of any task depends on the trust factor.
The relationship between the leaders and followers are based on trust and respect for each other. This relationship is emotional in nature and are considered more important than the scope of employment.
