People like to stay and work in an environment where they can trust the colleagues and trust the leader. Success of any task depends on the trust factor.

The relationship between the leaders and followers are based on trust and respect for each other. This relationship is emotional in nature and are considered more important than the scope of employment. This influence the followers to take responsibility, take decisions and give highest level of performance.

Followers trust plays important role in the leader-follower relationship. Followers give their best when they have trust in each other and the leader. Trust between the followers and leaders makes them to follow the manager and provide support in completion of the task. It helps in relationship building. Followers will be efficient and committed. Followers will share ideas and knowledge in order to work collaboratively. Followers will be loyal and motivated. Trust factors help them to think more about their career and how they can grow in the organization. It makes them goal-oriented and helps in maintaining positive attitude
