Discrimination is a way of favouring of or against a person it is defined with the terms of group,class,category and it includes the age,colour factors.It is a way of treating someone not polite or actually how a person should be treated. Care coordination is the organization of patient care activities between two or more participants including the patient involved in a patient's care to facilitate the appropriate delivery of health care service.

Counseling can helps mentally ill people in a unique and extraordinary way. Mental Health Counselors present in a youth home, hospital, rehabilitation center, assisted living facility, or employee assistance center can help mentally ill patients. Mental Health Counselor job is often to provide crisis response. It means when a patient in drug rehabilitation displays violence towards other patients, they step in. When a man in the community climbs to the rooftop and threatens to jump, they respond. And when a boy goes to jail for threatening to detonate a bomb on the school campus, they investigate.
