In your opinion:
Do such syndromes qualify as mental illness?
Do sites that refer to/describe them mislead people or encourage them to develop the symptoms?
Should we spend public and or insurance money treating them?
Should they be allowed as evidence or a defense in a trial?
As stated here Mental Health Internet Research Assignment, the mental health differs from person to person, because the symptoms of the mental condition depend on several factors such as; personal stress, critical disease condition, lifestyle, euthenics, work society. The researchers mainly focus on the symptoms of the disorder and particular management stipulation on the basis of the only symptoms that can be a general information site like an organization or support group. It gives less than stellar information and could be misleading at some stage in future practice.
Whether the health care professionals, physician, and experts have been taking proper guideline during treatment of the mentally retard parson and all evident condition report on their blog (web run by govt. agency) that should be a very reliable source similar to NAMI, Medscape or WebMD. These sites may give accurate information for the disorder.
As per my opinion, the syndromes from physicians’ blog may qualify as mental illness and encourage them to develop the new symptoms relating to particular disorders. Before going to spend public and/or insurance money for treating them, the physician consultation must be required. It should be allowed as evidence or a defense in a future trial.
