The human resource mangement has a holistic persepective on talent alignment to the business strategy the human resource has the tools ,competencies and capabilities to support the organization in bringing the strategy to life, the strategic human resources mangement is focused on the overreaching HR strategies of an organisation or subunit and their impact on performances, the human resource manageemnt is done by the human resource manager the responsibilities of a HRM falls into 3 major areas they are staffing, employee compensation and benefits and defining or designing work, essentially the purpose of HRM is to maximize the productivity of an organization by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees this mandate is likely to change in any fundamental way despite the ever increasing pace to change in the business world, the basic mission of human resouirces will always be to acwuire develop and retain talent align the workforce with the business and be an excellent contributor to the business , nusiness consultants note that modern human resources management is guided by several overirding priciples perhaps the paramount principles is a simple recognition that human resources are the most important assests of an organization a business cannot be successful without effectively manging this resources and other principle is that business success is most likely yo be achieve if the personnel policies and procedures of the enterprises are closely linked with and make a major contribution to the achievement of corporate objectives and strategic plans, and other priciple is that the HRS responsibilites to find , secure, guide, and develop, employees whose talents and desires are compatible with the operting needs and future goals of the company , the human resources management responsibilites can be subdivided into 3 areas that is individual , organizational and career.human resources mangement key responsibilites is concerned with the development of both individual and the organisation in which they operate, the changing field of human resources management is that new technologies particularly in the areas of electronic communication and inforamtion dissemiation and retriveal have dramatically altered the business landscape, satellite communications, computers and networkingsystems, faxmachines and other devices have all facilitated changes in the ways in which businesses interact with each other snd their workersand HRM professionals have had to develop new guidelines for this emerging subsets of employees.
