Life Transit are life changing event that cause an individual to re examine the present sense of being. Transition s generally happen without warning ,it may be positive or negative. Negative Transit ions like accidents ,jobloss, death etc . while positive transition are getting married , getting a new job , giving birth to a child etc. Both positive and negative live transition cause on individual to leave behind the familiar and force to adjust to new ways of living ,they can leave feeling completely unprepared. In past the individual successfully move in the life transition by experiencing the following steps
Experience a range of negative feelings (anger, anxiety,
confusion, numbness, and self-doubt).
Feel a loss of self-esteem.
Begin to accept the change.
Acknowledge that you need to let go of the past and accept the
future.
Begin to feel hopeful about the future.
Feel increased self-esteem.
Develop an optimistic view of the future.

With the experience of past life transition an individual can manage stress successfully in today's life in the following ways
1. Recognize that transition hold a special place in life memories and give strength to manage stress.
