Out of so many existing public health programmes i would like to emphasize on the Public health awakening programmes that will work toward reducing  a health disease such as diabetes, heart disease, HIV/AIDS, or asthma.

Furthermore as per view of the historical need of the programme, there is brief introduction of the programme, its design, the service offered and its significance.

As above said this progrrame will focus on increasing the public awareness regarding the prevention of such critical diseases and advise for the proper healthy diet and to follow exercises plan to reduce the associated risks.

As per the design concerns there are various trained health workers, highly equipped with the modern technology, conducting such health care awakening programmes. These programmes are very important to effectively manage the chronic/critical disease managements of disease like diabetes, heart disease, HIV/AIDS, or asthma.

For the example for the case of AIDS suffering patient following are the data on current incidence, prevalence, and mortality rates and projections for the next five years.

A proper medication plan can help in the patient sticking to the treatment. Ziduvudine, stavudine, lamivudine, dilaverdine and other common medication along with the second line of medication is taken in the therapy.

Along with the medication there is need of proper patient counseling during whole course of the therapy.
