1)Evidences based practice proposal - section F: Evaluation of process:evidence based practice is a problem solving approach to clinical practice that integrates the conscientious use of best evidence in combination with a clinicians, expertise, patient preferences and values in making decisions about patient care, the steps of evidence based practice are 1) ask a clinical question, 2) collect the most relevant y evidence, c) integrate all the evidence withones clinical expertise, patient preferences and values in making a practice decision, d)clinically appraise the evidence, e) evaluate the practice decisions or change, f) share the outcome of evidence based practice changes with others.The Evaluation process is an essential step in the evidence based practice, evaluation is assessment of both processes and outcomes of a program or implementation, and it involves data driven decision making and outcomes and point of services provider. 2) Evaluation plans presents the rationale for the methods used in the measurement of the outcomes according to the project objectives and evidences., the methods are collecting outcome data from visitors, pageviews, time, referrers. 4)the information present is alligned , comprehensive, and addresses validity, reliability , applicability are briefly adressed. 3)work outlines stratergies for project outlines strategies for project modification , when outcomes do not provide excpected results, broadlt describes the implications for practice and future reasearch and demonstrates integrative and accurate comprehension and applies information as appropriate.
