Provide an outline of the data collection plan. Describe how data management will be maintained and by whom. Furthermore, provide an explanation of how the data analysis and interpretation process will be conducted. Develop the data collection tools that will be needed. Describe the strategies to deal with the management of any barriers, facilitators, and challenges.
Establish the feasibility of the implementation plan. Address the costs for personnel, consumable supplies, equipment (if not provided by the institute), computer-related costs (librarian consultation, database access, etc.), and other costs (travel, presentation development). Make sure to provide a brief rationale for each. Develop a budget plan. 1. Describe the setting and access to potential subjects.
Our objectives will be to reduce the cases of cancer problems among women by 10% by a period of one year. The targeted audience we will be cancer patients that is the women. Our staff we entail a project manager and other professionals in medical sector and other staff who shall undergo some training and the funding we be will from non-governmental organizations and the venue will be at the medical centers.
2. Describe the amount time needed to complete this project.
The project will be conducted for a period of six months where each task or project task will be conducted for a single month.
3. Describe the resources (human, fiscal and others).
The resources needed for the project will be a project manager, coordinator, physicians, external consultant, external evaluator, data manager and various medical staff and other fiscal purchases will be needed.
4 Describe the method and instruments
The method that will be used in monitoring the project will be the use of a questionnaire as well interviews .Data shall be collected for the project by the use of a questionnaire at each phase of the project and analyzed to determine whether the project is going in the right direction.

INITIAL MEETING
At this stage a face to face conference will be conducted. Here we will establish what works, what does not work concerning to the outlined processes, what we need we need to know, what we may need in the later stage we learn more about cancer and what exactly is required in providing the solution.
SYSTEMS ASSESSMENT.
At this stage we may use a feedback form or a questionnaire, this is as to give us an indication of the proposed solutions as well as develop a timetable in additional to that this will enable us collect critical information which will be used to develop the most suitable or a good solution.
FOLLOWS-UP MEETINGS.
These follow-up meeting will enable us to come up with a solution a plan. At this stage we talk over options, alternatives also extras, make changes to the proposed solution plan
FUNCTIONAL MODEL
At this stage the proposed solution go through some amendments as it is discussed, revised and also the details agreed upon to ensure that every eventually as well as requirement is well-thought-out.
FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATION
At this stage it require a training
BUILD PHASE.
At this stage a proper communication is establish to check on how the outlined solution works
WARRANTY.
At this stage assurance of the outlined proposed solution is made.
MAINTENANCE.
At this stage we can enter into a contract with a different organisation to ensure or to fix any problem or maintenance of on-going to ensure optimal performance.

DO CHANGES MANAGEMENT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME?
Much resistance can be avoided by making an effective management or good change management, as it is effective as it involves everybody.
