Provide an outline of the data collection plan. Describe how data management will be maintained and by whom. Our objectives will be to reduce the cases of cancer problems among women by 10% by a period of one year. The targeted audience we will be cancer patients that is the women. Our staff we entail a project manager and other professionals in medical sector and other staff who shall undergo some training and the funding we be will from non-governmental organizations and the venue will be at the medical centers.

The project will be conducted for a period of six months where each task or project task will be conducted for a single month.

The resources needed for the project will be a project manager, coordinator, physicians, external consultant, external evaluator, data manager and various medical staff and other fiscal purchases will be needed.
