Answer. Nursing is a profession in which people keep faith after God and doctors that they will help them in their well being. Whenever any patient gets admitted to the hospital, his/her wish is to have a worthy, faithful nurse with them for help. So being a nurse is a very important and reliable thing in someone's life.

While studying for nurse practice, it is taught to the students, the ethics that run along with their careers. These principles and ethics make the nurses so valuable to the patients that they become their advocate. The basic principles or ethics taught to them are Autonomy, Paternalism, Privacy, Confidentiality, Informed Consent, Fidelity, etc. And the ethical theories studies are Consequentialism, Ethical Relativism, Deontology, Teleogy, Virtua ethics and Justice and equity.

AUTONOMY :-

It is the practice of ethics in which the patient has rights to decide for his/her treatment or any he/she has to take the decision. The nurses or any heath care person can't help in this. Their duty is just to give all the required information they need to make decisions. Rest they can't be emotional or suggestive to the patients.

FIDELITY :-

It is the practice in which the faith between the nurse and the patient works. The loyalty and truthfulness towards the patient is practised. Whatever they reason may be, the nurse have to show up to their patients to keep up the faith in them. This will help in building a bond between them that will help in treatment.

CONFIDENTIALITY :-

It involves the practice of keeping the data or the health records confidential from all other Healthcare members. Their information is kept confidential and is shared only when required. This sharing is done for only that part which is asked and by that too after taking the consent of the patient. A nurse cannot share his/her patient's file or information with anyone.

DEONTOLOGY :-

This ethical practice focus on the strict following of rules and regulations. The act is n out good or bad when it is under the rules. The outcome has to judged. So, always going according to rules is the moral duty of the nurses.

VIRTUAL ETHICS:-

These ethics focus on the thinking that helping other makes a good moral character having kindness and generosity. Such virtues will help you grow internally and will help you in making good life decisions. These ethics help in affecting patient's nature by talking to them or by treating them well.
