Self care Nursing Theory

This theory is given by Dorothea Orem .

Also this theory is known as self care deficit nursing theory.. this is an grand theory

This theory is made up of three interconnected theories,

1) The theory of self care

2) The theory of self care deficit

3) The theory of Nursing system

The basic purpose of this theory is to in the society the people must be knowledgeable about their health problems and provide an adequate self care to the people .During any Health condition should not depend on other people and can cure the basic problem .

In my thought this self care Nursing Theory is an main role for nurses in the hospital because during any health condition they support the patient ability to be cure .if nurses are supportive and Healthy then they are able to cure the patient and also they are responsible for their own care.

The impression about this theory is the nurses are responsible regarding there self care and provide better treatment for the patient and the whole nursing system wiil be changed .

I my health care experience as a nurse I should protect the patient condition now it's time of covid-19 as I am a final year student I should work in the hospital to protect my nation the whole country the self care is very important for the patient . Because as a patient I am responsible for the mycmy condition .if I will be safe then only the patient will be safe around them
