1)Malaria:
Diseased caused by the malaria is protozoan P.falciparum .The mode of transmission of malaria is enters body from bite by infected anopheles mosquito and the parasite enters bloodstream and invades RBCs .The virulence factors of malaria is PfEMP1 and rifin proteins are the virulence factors.The diagnostic test for malaria is Rapid malaria test or antigen testing it is( the quickest test for malaria).The other test like molecular test ( it helps to identify the types parasite),drug resistence test and complete blood test.
2)Polio: It is a virus that may cause paralysis.
Disease caused by enteroviruses and the incubation period is 7 to 14 days.The mode of transmission is through direct contact with infected person.fecal-oral and oropharyngeal routes.The virus is present in the throat and feces shortly after infection and persist for about 1 weekin the throat and 4 to 6 weeks in the feces.Diagnostic methods are isolation of the virus may be obtained fom nasal or throat swabs collected early in the infection,in human cell culturs,es and cerebrospinal fluid and blood is also taken for the diadnostic purposes
