Answer- The paperless office not yet happened because of the following reasons-

1.Most of the countries in the world are in the developing stage and some of the countries are poor, so the offices in these countries are not capable financially to adopt digital as well as due to lack of resources.

2.Everthing cannot be stored or can be protected digitally because sometimes due to some technical issues we can lose all the stored data as well as sometimes there is a risk of online hacking of data.

3.Paper can be used by anyone easily without any training session for the employees.

4.The cost of paper is less than the cost of making the things digitalise.

5.Paper is easily available in every country of the world.
