You are to develop a program of exercise and diet to lose 10 pounds in the course of 5 weeks based on your current body weight. If you don't want to reveal your weight make one up. Start with your current calorie need per day. Include calories for daily exercise and amount of calories you need to restrict per day.

our human bdoy require around 2500 calories per day, even if we are not at all doing any work., all this much calorie is used for internal physiological functions and to maintain the temperature of the body.
1 kg of weight contains around7500 calories. therefore , to reduce 1kg of weight a person have to reduce around7500 calories from his body either by eating less or by burning them.
if a person wants to reduce weight, on an average, according to research, 500 to 600 grams of weight per week is healthy for body ,and healthy for those who are reducing weight
therefore, to reduce this much amount of weight without doing any sternous exercise, one have to keep in notice the amount of diet a person takes in, the person should and must take around 500 calories less than that of the calories required by body on a per day basis, ie around something 1500-2000 calories should be taken up in the diet.
as here, it is required to reduce 10 pounds, ie around 4.5kgs in 5 week, one need to reduce around 800 grams per week and for that one need to reduce around 800 to 1000 calories from the diet.
one can go for the following exercise on a regular basis to reduce this much of weight,
3km of run in 20 min - burning 400 calories,
push ups and sit ups around 100 per day -80 to 100 calories
yoga 30 mins daily - 240 to 280 calories.
this much of daily calorie burn would be sufficient to reduce the weight in 5 week, also, one should keep in check the calorie intake, take 3 meel per day, no fast food, eat less in dinner, mmore in breakfast, eat at the same time on daily basis, walk for few mins after eating food, and sleep more. these activities will definately let u reduce weight .
