Obviously the nursing profession is continuously dedicated to provide inclusive care for the diverse population from the centuries. During their course of conduct they feel variety of experiences as well as the interests with respect to the socio-cultural diversity.
The nursing staff handles variety of the cases related to broad spectrum of the region, of different culture, patients having different languages or different belief.
Thus they may develop the interest to learn new things even from the patient also.
They try to understand the language of the patient or may take the help from the translators, thus in this way the nursing staff try to develop a better relation with patient to gain their belief and to communicate in better way , in order to enhance the effectiveness of the therapy as well as the counsel the patient regarding the safe usage of the medication and other related services.
They can inform the patient regarding the ADRs of the medication. At the same time the nursing staff makes a huge sense of the commitment towards the wellbeing of the patients.
Thus in this way while handling the care of the diverse population the nursing staff had a variety of interest and commitment associated to the better care of the individual patient.
Their interest and belief differ from case to case.
