Jackie, a new nurse manager, is preparing to do a performance appraisal with Julie, a senior staff nurse. The ideas that can be identified is taking feedback from the new graduate's staff regarding the behavior of Jackie regarding the negative information given by julie. Rationale: during the appraisal interview there is a need for both positive and negative feedback from others. As a nurse manager, the appraisal cannot rely on some third person thought. In this situation, the information is given by the third person which cannot be relied on lt. So for the proper information feedback should be taken from the new graduates who claim to be victimized.
