What are the strengths and limitations of statisitcally reported Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) by sources such as the CDC or state-level health surveillace systems?
Answer: Sexually transmitted infection is kind of disease which are transmitted through the involvement in sexual activities with more than one person without the taking any kind of protection. It can have many kinds of symptoms such as unusual discharge from the penis or anus, pain when peeing, lumps or skin growths around the genitals or anus, unusual vaginal bleeding, itchy genitals or anus etc.
According to one of the report, Sexually Transmitted Disease Rates Have Hit an All-Time High. Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) was on the peak, a report from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In 2017, excessive case near about 2.3 million new cases of chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis were reported.
One of the most spread STD is HIV AIDs, this is the major outbreak among the people i.e. more than 500 million people are reported to have genital infection with herpes simplex virus (HSV).
