Write a brief health rationale about sexually transmitted infections that (1) states the problem in general terms (high prevalence of STIs), (2) identifies a specific population segment most affected by the issue (young adults), and (3) answers what will be gained from the development of your proposed program (e.g., improved health outcomes for a population). Or, more specifically, what will be gained from developing a health program to address the prevalence of STIs.
1 AIDS is highly infectious STI, it can be transmitted if proper safety measures are not taken. Some places where the health education of these disease as well as availability of the safety materials will be less. The high prevalence of STI indicates the people with active disease is high.
2 The youngsters are not bothered about the outcome they think it is the time for enjoyment, but they should understand that if health is preserved or taken care it will make you a chronic patients. Moreover they should be aware of the safety measures available.
3 Health programme :STI prevention programme
According to the programme : there should be proper health education in school itself
There should be availability of protective measures free of cost and in adequate amounts.
Those who are exposed should be actively followed up and taken care off as during the incubation period or window period the spread is high.
Who are diseased should be also supported or else they will have a tendancy to change their attitude and damage the society by giving accidental pin pricks with needles infected.
