There are always two aspects of the coin, one positive and another one is negative. One cannot say that technology is a saviour or slaughtering employment.

If we have an eye on the negative side, Technology is something which is murdering job opportunities. This is because the manufacturing is joined with the automation . and adopting the new technology hamper the production in the first go as well as the low skilled labour also. It causes a gap in the career of.

On the other hand, the positive side of this is it increases the efficiency of the firm and act as a saviour because it employment opportunities, enhance the lifestyle of the worker, demand for the youth with knowledge technical and hence there will be economic growth.

CONCLUSION

Technology is something which alters the overall nature of the employment, there are some types of jobs which are useless and some are working in very good condition. Sustained learning is the need of the hour.
