Among healthcare facilities I choose a hospital .A hospital has a healthcare system ( how much also organised is the hospital) there will be sometimes a rise of complexity and confusion leading to lack of understanding.Factors which give rise to all these situations are limited access or uncoordinated care, requirements and limitations involved in both public and private insurance coverage,conflicts among healthcare providers.This confusion and complexity increase due to patient protection and affordable care act which in turn leads to uncertainty and turbulence in hospital for the employees working in such sector so they have zest to know about the future of healthcare and where their organisation stands so to attain this employees need to be reminded of their work which is important and how it contributes to hospital, how does their work effects vision of hospital for that we need effective leadership which creates and excutes hospital mission and vision.As an organisation implementation of strategic planning for effective and Dyna working documents that provide organisation structure for planning organisational business implementation.IF we have dynamic environment then we can easily clear choas and confusion leading organisation to have a bright future.Effectively developed and strategic planning will again clear up complexity giving rise for employees to make financial , emotional and psychological commitments . Employees of organisation must take up challenges to achieve fruitful vision in near future. Employee motivation and engagement is very important for patient safety , quality and service delivery leads to team work and achieving of good results. Transformational leadership inspires employees to perform by using well documented techniques (like communication) leads to higher performance level. Cooperation and team work leads to high quality patient care, great service and organisational performance.
