Universality of Nursing Education amidst of Global Cultural Diversity:
Education is the process or art of imparting knowledge, skill and judgement. Nursing Education is the formal Educational programme consist of training and formal learning of Nursing science. It is a professional education focuses on the allround development of physical, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual abilities of the student so that she or he will become efficient to provide professional nursing care for all the people irrespective of age,gender, religion, cast and creed.
Nursing Education has a unique nature globally. Even though the countries around the world are greatly different in their culture and traditions , the Nursing Education around the world has sharing a common nature of principles, ethics and even the syllabus also most likely sharing the similarities. This is may be due to the common nature of human beings in their biological, emotional, social needs and need of Nursing care.
Universality is the property of being universal, common to all members of a class. Universality in Nursing Education in the midst of the hundreds of culture and traditions, is one of its speciality. Trends and issues in Nursing Education also all most common globally. The major global trends are in the areas technology advancement, innovative teaching and learning, changes in curriculum and quality assurance in education.
