Using the additional Learning and Cognitive Theories from this week's readings explain how each of the 5 Factor Trait's developed and/or could be explained. The analysis of each trait should integrate and include concepts from more than one of the Learning and Cognitive Theories.
THE FIVE FACTOR TRAITS OF PERSONALITY INCLUDES OPENNESS TO EXPERIENCE , AGREEABLENESS, CONSCIENTIOUSNESS, EXTROVERSION , NEUROTICISM. ALL THESE ARE CONNECTED TO OUR LEARNING AND MENTAL ACTIVITIES.
AGREABLENESS : REFERS TO INTERACTION WITH OTHERS, TRUSTING, HUMBLE, KIND,POLITE,LOYAL,SENSITIVE,HELPFUL,SYMPATHETIC AND PATIENT.
OPENENSS TO EXPERIENCES : REFERS TO TRYING NEW THINGS, THINKING OUT OF BOX ,BEING CREATIVE, INTELLECTUAL,CLEVER , PERCEPTIVE , LOVE FOR LEARNING AND ENJOY CREATIVE CAREERS.
CONSCIENTIOUSNESS : REFERS TO CONTROL IMPULSES AND ACT SOCIALLY AND ORGANISED BEHAVIOR, HARDWORKING, PLANNER, RESOURCEFUL,SELF DESCIPLINED, ENERGETIC, LEADERSHIP NATURE.
EXTROVERSION : REFERS TO SOCIABLE , OUTGOING ,FUNLOVING, FRIENDLY, SEEK OPPORTUNITIES FOR SOCIAL INTERACTIONS AND CONFIDENT.
NEUROTICISM : REFERS TO EMOTIONAL STABILITY , BEING MOODY ,PESIMISTIC, ANXIOUS,SELF CRITICAL,UNSTABLE, FEARFUL,NERVOUS AND LOW SELF ESTEEM.
