Define the Problem: Manpower redundancy is when the organization has to lay off its employee. In the publc sector schools, this problem can be seen as greater number of teachers are laid off.

Why did this occur?

Why 1: Lack of funds

Why 2: Not enough number of students

Why 3: The teachers do not have required skills

Why 4:Some schools are closing down

Why 5:Greater competition from the private schools

Root cause for the manpower redundancy in public schools=

Method= Some of the teaching methodology is not at par the standard; the teaching style f not appealing to the sduents, teching does not yield the desired results.

Man= The teachers are not skilful; the teachers are lakcing required skill and performance level, teachers are not motivating nd apelaing to the students to attain the colleg teacher’s performance is reducing day by day

Material= Class rooms are becoming out dated; there are not enough facilitiaties in the classes, schools are not having basic facilities
