The Children’s ministry has to turn away children because there are not enough workers to comply with teacher-to-student ratio in public schools. The Human Resource department has been assigned the task to find the root causes of manpower redundancy. For this task, The HR director has constituted a team of 3 employees. Define the Problem: Manpower redundancy is when the organization has to lay off its employee. In the publc sector schools, this problem can be seen as greater number of teachers are laid off. |

Root cause for the manpower redundancy in public schools=
Method= Some of the teaching methodology is not at par the standard; the teaching style f not appealing to the sduents, teching does not yield the desired results.
Man= The teachers are not skilful; the teachers are lakcing required skill and performance level, teachers are not motivating nd apelaing to the students to attain the colleg teacher’s performance is reducing day by day
Material= Class rooms are becoming out dated; there are not enough facilitiaties in the classes, schools are not having basic facilities
