  • Some people they will eat based on their culture and beliefs. For example brammins will eat only vegitarian. That is their beliefs and practices on the health.
  • Some people they will eat non vegetarian. And they will not eat vegetables that is based on their culture.
  • Incase of health the belief play an important role here ex- Christians belief on jesus in order to cure their disease condition that is belief.
  • The Muslims will follow the circumstances in the childhood. That is their practice.
  • The ways to manage the illness and maintaining the health are eating well, sleep well, learn knowledge about the diseases condition through the other person.
  • Respect their food limitations.
  • The two barriers of culture belief and practice are

  2. Legal practice. These are the two strategy's.
