strategies for promoting effective teamwork among culturally diverse or multigenerational teams are:
1. communication:
communication is the process which making relationship and also breaking relationship. proper communication inbetween the team help ti achieve the goal easily. for example during changing shift duty handover is very important in which we have to alloted the patient to next shift staff. so the staff have ti thoroughly communicate regarding the patient. otherwise ther will be duplicate of work.
2. co-operation:
it is very essential among the team member otherwise it will make many wrong impression and delay in achieving things. as a team we sgould co-operate with doctor, technician, attendant. so that the work will going smoothly. cooperation should irrespective of culture, race, sex and age.
3. trust:
it is very essential. we should have trust between the team members.
4. conflict:
conflict should remain away from the team. once it enter into team then is loose the members attention towards achirving the organisational goal.
5. committment:
it is very essential among multigenerational team. commitment towards resposibilities. without commitment there will be delay in achieving goal.
6. accountability:
all person should accountability with each other. we should give respect to other and their culture also. we should accountable for their cultural practice also.
7. goal:
all should dedicatedly, committed and responsible in achieving the goal of organisation. which is togetherly achieve by the team work only.
for example in a hospital the care of a patient cannot only be achieve by the doctor. it need total team work of doctor, nurses, technician, attender, house keeping etc. so all are woven with a thread and chain like. so team work is achieved by the cooperation and dedication of all department.
