Celebrating success in an organization that is culturally diverse can be a challenge. For example, some cultures are very individualist, such as the United States, while other cultures are very collectivist. How would you celebrate successes as a supervisor given cultural differences like this?

Individualist and collectivist culture often have different perception about celebration and success. They tend to have different mentality that make them different from each other. When you want to celebrate in this kind of culture you need to try hard to get them together and celebrate success. In order to make them celebrate together you need to arrange small get together or party at workplace in break time and tell them the they all are part of success without them you could not have achieve this success. Show gratitude that you alone could not have done this and whole staff was responsible for this success. Make them all celebrate this success party and appreciate their effort with enthusiasm.
