what does a 16S rDNA sequence of an organism look like? This sounds like a dumb question but I do not understand what this is. How many base pairs?
What is the 16S rDNA sequence of Streptomyces aureofaciens? I have to find it and paste it in an assignment but I do not know how to find it or where to look. Please help.
A brief answer is written below,

if
you have more queries , please ask in comments.
Long story short, 16s rDNA is something vergin without remarkable changes through a long time because they separately operates from rest of the genes and thus they are used to find out organisms ancestors, and phylogenetic relationships. 16s rDNA looks same as a DNA , it produces the 16r rRNA which is the s building blocksblock of ribosome.
There is different segment of biology, called bioinformatics that gather the sequence of organisms and store them in gene banks like NCBI . There you can find a type of gene of an organism and you can compare it with unknown one to ensure ! And make a phylogenetic tree also.
