Paleo Diet do you feel this is a realistic way of eating for our generation?

Answer: The diet can improve health by eliminating high-fat and processed foods that have little nutritional value and too many calories. This plan emphasizes loading up on fruits and vegetables that are bursting with healthy vitamins, minerals, and fiber. In this diet they includes the things which should be eaten are:

1. lean cuts of beef, pork, and poultry, preferably grass-fed, organic, or free-range selections
2. Game animals, such as quail, venison, and bison
3. Eggs, but no more than six a week, and preferably free-range
4. Fish, including shellfish
5. Fruit, such as strawberries, cantaloupe, mango, and figs
6. Nonstarchy vegetables, such as asparagus, onions, peppers, and pumpkin

But this diet does not include the starchy food that is still beneficial for our health in some of the other ways. For short period of time one can follow this diet, but for long term this diet is not that much good. Our generation should include all the healthy foods and should stay away from junk foods.
