Eatings habits are affected by a lot of determinants like loss of appetite, economy, meal patterns, stress and mood swings etc.
Body fat causes some issues like social blaming and bullying and affects physical strength causing laziness and the person is easily accessible to diseases, mental stress etc. The underlying causes for these include lack of physical activity and improper nutrition.
Physical activity of atleast 30 minutes per day and for five consecutive days in a week is necessary for every individual. It depends the accesibility of the individual, health condition and other factors. The physical exercises may range from simple brisk walking to heavy exercises and sports.
Diet plays a major role after the physical activity. Diet low in carbohydrates and fats and rich in proteins is healthy and prevents from developing unwanted fat.The eating habits and timings should be maintained and healthy lifestyles must be habituated in order to get a healthy comfortable life.
