Answer: Leadership is one of the qualities which gives a person authority along with responsibility. Leader should have those qualities which makes man more concern about his organization as well as the colleagues or the co-workers. As a leader I will make myself more cooperative and good listener. I will be listening to the problems of the staff members and will definitely try to solve it out.

The two strength I have that promotes the quality of leadership is that I am very cooperative as well as I like to inspire others for the better cause. Encouragement is necessary in every field along with the appreciation. As a strong leader, I will also have an eye on the business process to learn which ideas are effective and which are not. I prefer to share their thoughts on the subject. Staying focus on the ambition is one of the greatest qualities of the leader. The consensus is leaders create a vision and can successfully get others to work toward achieving that goal. I will achieve this by setting direction and inspiring others to want to succeed in achieving the end result and being capable of getting people excited and motivated to work toward the vision.
