Nurse leaders are profesionally skilled nurses mainly focused to promote high quality care by coordinating and supervising with the other health care team members to get better and safe outcomes for patients.

• For getting an better outcome as a nurse leader we have the capacity to lead or sound over the other employees
• If we are a having a clear vision making sure that the change is worthwhile and relevant.
• Effective change has been promoted acccording to the health needs and demands of the society.
• Changes in health care occur so rapidly and it is more difficulty to respond to the unpedictable changes and as leader it will take as a competitive advantage today to change,adapt and evolve.Leaders need to understand the change process and have the capability to lead and manage.
